banana pancakes with coconut and cardamom


Banana pancakes with coconut and cardamom (serves 1-2)

1 banana
2 eggs
1 tsp cardamom
1-2 tbsp coconut flour
(1 tbsp vanilla protein powder)
vanilla extract to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and fluffy. 
2. Make the pancakes on a pan, using coconut oil or regular butter for cooking the pancakes.
3. Enjoy with toppings to your taste - for example turkish yoghurt, berries, peanut butter, maple suryp... you name it !
