recipe.

Batter:
150g butter
3dl flour
1tsp baking powder
100g quark

Filling:
150-200g feta cheese
50g grated mozzarella cheese
black olives

On top:
egg for spreading
sesam seeds

1. Mix the baking powder with the flower and mix it with the butter. Add the quark and mix the batter well. Put the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Roll the dough: make it a thin and fold it in three layers and roll the dough again into a thin. Do this three times.
3. When your dough-thin is ready, sprinkle the fillings in the middle-part of the thin.
4. Fold the sides of the thin, overlapping,  spreading the egg also between the dough layers. It will keep the dough from opening in the oven. Sprinkle some sesam seeds and make cuts to the dough with a knife.
5. Bake in the low level of the oven for about 15-20minutes in 200℃.
